• Program Changes: You acknowledge that the United States Government has the authority to cancel, suspend, or modify the DV Program at any time. The Company is not responsible for any such governmental actions and will not provide refunds for payments made prior to any such announcement.
• No Guarantee of Selection: Participation in the DV Program is based on a lottery system. The Company does not guarantee that your application will be selected or that you will receive a visa.
